Please allow two full working days for a repeat prescription to be processed. Remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
We do not accept repeat prescriptions by phone unless you are elderly or housebound. In that case, please call after 10:30am.
To avoid being issued with the wrong medication we can only accept written requests, either using the right hand side of the original prescription or a written request by post or via the online system by following the link at the top of this page.
You can instruct a chemist on your behalf to order, collect and deliver your repeat prescription.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
